• Dance I - Introduction to dance

• Dance II - Beginner to Intermediate dance

• Dance III/IV - Intermediate to Advanced dance

 

*Students must receive permission from the instructor to move up to any level of dance*

​

• Students taking a dance class at Irving High School may receive an elective or fine arts credit. 

 

• Students in dance courses will study dance terminology and movements along with various styles of dance including, but not limited to, hip-hop, contemporary, modern, ballet, jazz, and lyrical.
